We produce NIC EIC Electrical Condition Reports for both existing and new installations. Our highly qualified NIC EIC Testing team is responsible for fault-finding and repairs. As for building management systems, Demse utilizes the diverse and convenient possibilities for building control offered by the intelligent KNX System. This modern technology is used throughout the entire building and makes it possible for the hotel’s technical functions to be monitored and controlled from one central unit. These functions could range from setting room temperature to (de)activating lighting automatically and enable optimal energy consumption. Furthermore, KNX allows more flexibility and convenience in every room. For example, in conference rooms, lighting and blinds can be regulated at the touch of a control panel, and in bars and restaurants the right music plays in the backgrounds.

In recent years we have been active in promoting and integrating the use of new energy saving technologies into many of our electrical installations. To further reinforce our commitment to providing you with cost saving solutions, we are Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) registered as approved installers of solar photovoltaic (PV) renewable energy systems.
